The S.P.R.E.W 2 – Principles of Elite Level Wealth

To explore the dynamics of Elite Wealth we share from the perspective and mindset of the top 1% where we found a particular way of thought through three correlating principles.

The Rothschilds, Kochs, Buffett, Rockefellers, and a person I most admire and look forward to partnering with Ray Dalio, reveal three key thoughts or three essential principles.. “invest in innovation,” “invest in the source of value,” and “invest proactively with the end in mind.”

Private mentor to private mentor I learned how to leverage and strategically position myself in the stock market to business development to the nature of the private market to angel investors and venture capitalism to how these three principles, done with enterprise level thinking, is the ultimate key difference in the top 1%.

I learned that the public market was itself a reactive position. During this writing Ray Dalio published an article that, expectedly, shares these sentiments.

He expressed that the top investors of the future will be those most proficient in “investing in businesses” correlating with future trends. At the enterprise level we call venture capitalism, following the principle of “invest in innovation” with another principle to control, own, or influence strategic industries, patents, or etc depending on one’s vision.

Second, investing in leveraged private equity correlating with the principle of “investing in the source of value,” where for example most people invest in gold the greater wealth is produced where gold comes from, which is in mining and exploration. Those who invest this way benefit from the income of the mining company, royalties from gold and contracts, and ROIs all far greater than the public markets and often non-correlating with the swings of the market meaning they produce increasing or sustained wealth regardless to how the market moves.

Lastly, investing in leveraged real estate correlating with the principle of “investing proactively with the end in mind,” where for example most invest in flipping or rentals the greater wealth is produced in land and real estate development, where we aim to profit from everything on our land as it is where homes, businesses, and entertainment centers will be built, bought, and heavily invested in.

Each of the areas King Dalio referred to demonstrate the harmonious potential of these core principles. The ‘leveraged’ aspect in his analysis represents understanding the principles of OPM for creating asymmetrical returns, which is where our profits gained are substantially more than what we invested. OPM means Other People’s Money and its correlating principles include for example “credit over cash,” “the return determines true value as the cost is irrelevant,” and “build a growing network of various level investors” among others.

To conclude this intro into the S.P.R.E.W, we’ll touch on a few macro level dynamics which are the key to leveraging future trends coming and currently forming as well as positioning oneself for leadership with businesses that function in the root of what will disrupt the old and bring the new.

There are three consistent core macro areas of focus for the future; Life Expectancy, Improving Lifestyle, and Environmental Technology. Each area is multifaceted yet the industries at play for the future are in Biotech, Digital tech, Smart Machines, Advanced Machines, Green Tech, and Alternative Natural Energy’s. There’s also far more technological value in stones, crystals, and the natural elements of the earth that can spear head a whole new level of abundant available resources for constant progressive higher level living globally. Understanding these and integrating them into our visions is the last essential element for Elite Wealth.
